You possess a completion certificate, from a licensed provider, for the 20 hour DUI Risk Reduction Class
You have completed your Clinical Evaluation
You own a vehicle (or have access to a vehicle) and can show the Department of Driver Services that the vehicle has adequate insurance coverage
You possess a verification of treatment enrollment certificate (or completion certificate if you have more than 2 DUIs) from a licensed provider, for the 17 week Clinical Treatment Classes
