- Vehicle must pass an electrical inspection
- Produce vehicle registration or title application
- Written authorization from titled vehicle owner required
- Participants must be present during each visit
- Installation appointment lasts about 2 hours
- In-dept training provided at first visit
- Monthly monitoring usually takes about 20 minutes
- Payment accepted with cash or money order (no personal checks)
